Clinical Experience

Krista is an Occupational Therapist who has worked in the field of pediatric OT since 2012.  She has worked with infants and children with a range of diagnoses including developmental delay, Autism, Down Syndrome, and various genetic disorders. She has taken courses in Sensory Processing, Feeding, Dyslexia/Dysgraphia, Kinesiotaping, and Yoga.

Special Interests

  • Sensory processing deficits (tolerating various types of sensory input including food textures and clothing textures, as well as integrating and organizing input such as movement, sound, and vision)
  • Increasing independence with self-care 
  • Using yoga as well as other fun and motivating strategies to improve strength and coordination

Get to Know Krista

Krista resides with her husband and toddler son in Woodstock.   She loves going for runs outside and reading whenever she gets a chance. She also enjoys volunteering with special needs children at her church.
