Clinical Experience

Melissa joined Beyond Limits in 2021 as a Speech Language Pathologist working with children ranging from Birth to 21 years of age. Melissa has over 17 years of experience evaluating and treating children with a wide variety of diagnosis including feeding disorders, receptive/expressive language delays, articulation/phonology disorders, cognitive delays and social/pragmatic language. Melissa has served pediatric patients in the home healthcare setting through Babies Can’t Wait, Private practice as well as the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite. Melissa feels it is an honor to work with families to help their children develop a voice to communicate. She prides herself on the relationship she develops with families as well as her team members and is excited to be a part of the Beyond Limits team.

Melissa is originally from the Atlanta area and currently resides in Acworth with her husband and two children. When she is not working, she enjoys taking her children to their various sporting events and traveling to the mountains and the beach.
